Well Dave, look at it this way ....

Work is something you do all year long. :gunhead:

2 weeks on the bike only happens once a year, but the memories last a lifetime. :coollep:

You deserve it, my friend! :grinner:

Glad to hear that you got back safe and sound. I really enjoyed hanging out with you and Dusty around the campgrounds. Remember that it is only 2 days to get down to Texas. You've got a place to stay and a fresh pot of coffee. :waving:

Dusty, Did I miss something? I thought you lived in Penticton? When did you move to Beaverton? I know you moved for thr free medical!:D:D:D:cooldevil::cooldevil::cooldevil::cooldevil:

Hi Angela :waving:

Yes, I moved back to Ontario at the end of July, not only for the free medical, but to look after my mom and dad in their 'twilight years'. Time to spoil them for a change. Sort of a 'payback'for their sacrifices in raising me when I was young. Now, they are the kids and I have to keep a close eye on them. It's the least I can do for them. I'm also looking to buy back there, as it is wat cheaper now, then the Okanagan.

Hi John, it was also my pleasure to be in your company. Sure wish we could have rode together.

Now,,,,, as for the story with the pic,,,,,,,, I think that needs to be told when Dusty Boots get back home and settled, so that I don't leave out the juicy stuff. You know what a steel trap of a memory that guy has. ;)We were both there, and I feel we should both be telling the tales.

One things for sure, it wasone of the best times in my lifeto hook up with good ole Dusty. Memories to cherish. :cooler:

Yeah I know I missed a great ride too, but it just plain would not have been safe for me to go on that long ride being sleep deprived. I was deeply saddened to decline though. :(

OK, we'll wait on the story for Ken to stop long enough to tell the tale. ;)

Ride safe friend!

While I'm not home yet, let's just say that the story(and pics) are too racy to post on the forum. We'll have to PM you the story and photos, John, Don't worry about missing out on the ride, my friend, your health and safety comes 1st. I'm sure we will have a chance to scrape some pegs in the future.

Dave, I had a great time camping/riding/talking and carousing' with you by side Like I told you, these Greet n Meets have a way of building a lasting friendship and I believe ours is rather well cemented for a long time to come.

l couldn't have had a better time, Bud!

Aint it the truth :clapper:. I have to admit, when we parted on our own ways, I felt a bit saddened, but at the same time, full of joy to havemade such a good friend.

BTW Dusty,,,,,,,,, I did a little research,,,,,,,,,,,, Beaverton is only 950+- miles from me.;)

Oh,,,,,,,,,,,, and there not all racy.
