I've used it in 3 sets of Avon Venom Xs. It seems to work balance wise as my '83 rides vibration free at all speed ranges. As far as a puncture sealer, I don't know as I've never had anything get stuck in the tire, knock on wood.
It doesn't create any issues when changing out tires as the rims wipe clean with a damp rag.
I have got 12k+ running 45 lbs front and rear. The ride is firm but bike is very nimble and unaffected by tar strips.
