Cheapcycleparts.com or hondapartshouse.com had the lids for around $21 to $25 dollars. I lost mine and looked almost everywhere for a reasonably priced used one with no luck and ebayers are nuts at around $40 for just the lid.

It may not have been stolin, today I kicked the left one with my foot while mounting unknownly, I'm getting ready to take off and I see the lid on the ground up side down, I wasn't even sure it was from my bike, I got off and picked it up and low and behold it was my left lid. my bad.
