Well we're back ...3800 km Stayed in Canada all the way!! Very few americans up here (Seems us govmt plan of making US citizens have a passport to get back into their own country is working) So we kept our bucks home too:action:

As far north as Ft St John Drumheller to the east ( a must see museum) rained on fro 5 min the whole trip ( close to unheard of in BC fabulous scenery and riding in our own back yard

Glad you guys made it back safe. Did you ride the Crowsnest on the return leg, or through Rogers Pass?
imported post

Came back thru the Crowsnest Way better ride and not near as much traffic. You can really notice the absence of the american tourist as you travel around. The travel industry is hurtin up there.

We had no problems with rooms (big discounts) and some restaurants we went to had no-one else in them

My son landed in Winnipeg earlier today, working there for two weeks.

He commented on the excellent service and lack of patrons in the restaurants there.

CCSAILOR,

While at Drumheller, if you have time, take in the Royal Tyrell Dinosaur Museum. It's worth the time...ride safe.
