We're thinking about getting some Rocky Mtn Oysters cooked up for NASSIR2, either as part of the catered meal, or another night, with alternate chicken or something for those who may be SKEERED. :boo:

Personally, I like them a lot. They are great.

Kick it around a bit, and do some research, and give me some thoughts. Wilton

Rocky Mtn Oysters are bull testicles, pounded (ouch), sliced (yikes), and fried (yow) in a spicy batter. They're actually very delicious.

I guess it is just meat, I'll try anything once.

The eating of Mountian Oysters might be fine cuisine . I dont want to do the extraction from the donor . :cheeky1:

Just close your eyes, taste like chicken..........

I think it would be a treat, for those of you that have never tried them or are sceered to try them, you don't know what you're missing. Prepared right, they are the best.

hahaha....yeah, I've had 'em, and....

As long as they are pounded, sliced and seasoned, I'm in.

Served RAW, and I'M OUT! :D
