I had problem with compression on my GW 1200 -84. Cylinder 1,2,3 had 11,5 bar no 4 -9, 8 bar. I dismantled cylinder tob and lapet valve and valvseat. After mounting i have bad running. Timing belt are corekt. The engine are misfiring?? It runs bad on idling. I have don reasembly according too Clymet book without sumerg hydraulic lifters in keroosin/oil??

The lifters should pump up on their own, it just might take a while. Are you having a lot of valve train noise?
If it ran fine before you took it apart, and now it doesn't, obviously my first thought is you made some mistake. Go over everything you did and start at the basics.

There are not any valve train noise.
What are the consequences with to litle ore to many shims on the hydraulic lifters??? I have checked the measurement and all lifters are under minimum.
