There was a thread on the Ryno last year. Aparently it runs on batteries and top speed is very low at about 20mph.

Even 20mph is too much for a thing like that. It might be interesting to ride on a pot holed road. Wonder how it does in a panic stop, or when a dog runs out in front of the thing. One thing for sure it won't have ABS it will have FIR (face in the road). You'll see those on the road when you see the bicyclists in the cities riding unicycles.

It uses gyroscopes that balance the Uni-bike. Quite impossible to turn over.

Kinda interesting they bend the rules with this bike that allows one to ride on the road, sidewalks and in the mall. Gotta remind myself this video is from Oregon where Green is King and probably trumps lesser laws. Probably wouldn't fly in Texas except in the liberal city of Austin. Does look like a hoot to ride in urban settings though. Next will be the hovercraft bike.
