What's with the date? Unless you are fibbing about your birthday that wasn't the day your dear old Dad got lucky:cheeky1:

Dear sabercyclegoldwingparts,

I have heard you guys are not customer friendly and you just proved it. That's quit an attitude. I find it hard to image that you don't know or couldn't find out who the manufacturer is for these kits.

Don't worry I won't be doing business with you. Similar kits are listed here on eBay for a few dollars more than your price but it worth it not to support retailers like you.

And Saber responded with this:

"We can live without you very easily. Go, with our blessings, and get hosed and pay, not just a few dollars more, but a lot of dollars more. We are not exactly blind and know what the other offers are out there, with mismarked and short item kits as well. Have fun! You will be lucky to get delivery. What we have we send an FAST, most others do not have what they offer in stock, and many just don't bother to deliver. Good luck! BTW, you now can't buy even if you wanted to, anything, from us on Ebay.

Are they Assholes or what?
I should have checked this forum first. I made the mistake of ordering a carb sync kit from Sabre Cycle. After puchasing it on eBay I noticed I couldn't use PayPal or credit card. I checked his web site and he had the same item, same price, same shipping cost, only there I could use a credit card. So I purchased it through his website and asked him to cancel the eBay order, thinking that since it's coming from the same place it wouldn't matter. I received a rude email through eBay telling me he had news for me that he cancelled my web order and would continue to do so until I paid him for the eBay purchase made minutes before. He has no tact whatsoeer. Very arrogant. He could have politely stated he needed me to complete the eBay transaction but no, he was a smart a** about it. I will pay twice the price from now on to buy parts elsewhere than from him, and if by some reason he would be the only supplier in the world of a part, I'll part my Wing out and buy another first.

I just had an 'aaargghh' moment. I saw some GL1000 brake pads for a good price on eBay and hit the but it now button before looking at who was selling them. Yeah, it was Saber Cycle. Damn. Now I have to go to the post office and go through the postal money order thing.

I swore I wouldn't order from them again and here I went and did it.

Boy, no wonder they stay in business.... :p

SC sells no name brake pads, which I would never use, ever.. Plus when I do my searches on ebay, as soon as I see black and white pictures, and 620 Miles to Missouri, I keep searching....

For me, Randakk's is the way to go.

I ordered parts that were described as "out of stock" when I ordered them.

I got an email less than an hour later stating that fact just to be sure I knew they were out of stock, and did I really want to order the parts?

I said yes. They sent me two more emails over the course of a couple of months letting me know their supplier's status.

I got another email stating the parts were shipped, and another email wanting to know if I received the order and were the parts what I wanted?

You just cannot get any better service than that.

I am a certified Randakk's customer, all the way.

I couldn't find any other supplier that carried this. I posted a question on the form and I had so many great people reply and give me this supplier that I refuse to " EVER " go back to SABER CYCLE!!!!.

Enjoy!!!!Motion Pro - Quality Tools, Cables and Controls just type in manometer in the search box. SEEYA Allan

Don't feel alone, Exavid. Last fall I needed a new left fairing pocket cover and saw one on E-bay for a reasonable price. It was late in the evening and I just clicked on it with out really looking at the seller. My bad. However, I was commited to the sale so I followed the instructions. You get what you pay for. Very cheaply made but it fits so I'm okay with it for now. To their credit, they shipped it the same day they got my money order and I had it within a week. Still won't deal with them again.

sorry, I didn't mean to create any waves. I've always had great emails with Randakk and his site has great info besides his parts. Looks to me as if he's trys to extend the life of Wings

Those weren't waves, pretty small ripples if you ask me. Now we have had some rough seas around here once in a while but the Axe is pretty good calming the waters. We don't know about those two new guys yet.:cooldevil::cooldevil:
