OEM is still available....use an online vendor (hdlparts.. servicehonda.. etc.) and the price should be less than$250.. if not available for your year (or priceseems toohigh) look at late model years (for example 2000).. only difference might be colors.. and black seems to always be available...

Actually, rhughes is right if your looking for a new stock seat. PLENTY of aftermarket ones out there. Hartco, Russell, Diamond just to name a few. Here's one to look at as well. Probably will be my choice:
