I ordered a charcoal grey seat for my 1995 GL1500A by mistake (should have ordered the red). If I can get a decent offer for it, I'll get the red one.

And I am just the opposite.

I bought a Seat a couple of years ago to replace my old worn seat and it's called OXBOOD. It does have a reddish tint to it.

And I guess what I need is the Charcoal Grey that looks like Black.

But me being Colored blind I can not tell the difference.

Plus I can't see it when I ride. Grin

I have had only two people in two years ask if the seat was a different color.

Bought mine from a fellow that had replaced his with a custom and had it on the shelf for years.

Good Luck to you.

Gone for 10 day ride now.

Sorry for the late reply...on vacation. I'm looking for $175 for the stock seat (cosmopolitan gray, the stock seat for several years/colors). It was on the bike for two weeks, ridden twice. Only reason place where bought wouldn't take it back was because I had already discarded the shipping box and it had to be returned to Honda in the original box. Being upfront, it cost me $275, including shipping.

We normally do, if it doesn't go to a member. Usually, most guys will offer something for sale here first, and avoid the bidding war.....
