My 99 GL1500SE has an odd seat with two inflatable bladders - one in the seat base, and one in the backrest.
I have three questions: 1. does anyone know who the manufacturer might be? I can't find any brand name on it. 2. Is there any place I can get a stock seat for cheap? I can't afford hundreds for a replacement. 3. Does anyone know if this kind of seat can be reworked substituting some foam for the air bladders?

If you want to go with a more stock configuration, call or write these folks with the details you provided and ask. They do very good work.

Similar, but what I have is a complete seat. I'm kinda surprised that there is no manufacturer's name on it. It's not really important to know - just curious.

Could be someone added the bladders. Not hard to do.
