Those kind of accessories are nice, but be sure you maintain and adjust it as necessary..... A friend of mine had one of those, but one day he pushed the button once too often and it broke a beer bottle on his forehead!



The sad thing? It was a full bottle! Never opened.....

That part looks expensive and troublesome, much like the part you were looking for for the seat of your GL1000 Executive!

I've had one of those for over 44 years but it doesn't work very well.

I had this accessory added but mine seems to be broken. No matter how I push the horn button nothing happens with the garage door. :shock:

my unit has gone wrong, i beep the horn and then go off into the house to look for the garage opener who says did not hear it, is it time for a new battery or an up dated model, not sure if i would get away with the update

Return to manufacturer and claim a new model under warrenty tybme. :cooldevil:

Just don't get it confused with the increasingly popular "Terrorist Destruct Button". In these cases the opener appears with a gun and shoots the hornblower - LOL :D

When you get a garage dooropener like that you're taking a chance on it being high maintenance. :action:
