I have applied near lethal force to them. fuel gallery plugged solid.
763A carbs dont grow on trees. My next plan is to cut the center out floats, pins and all leaving the posts sticking up and trying to make some sort of c clamp to remove the remains. anyone else have plans?

If you can get the floats off without cutting the pins, you may be able to clamp the pins in visegrips and slowly wiggle them loose by turning them. Main thing is not to break the posts, and they do break easily.

float pins

I have just cleaned my carbs with pine sol. the float pins were stuck solid and I couldnt make them move enough to get vice grips on them . I soaked the whole carb in the pine sol for one day and taped the pins enough to get a hold of them to pull out, also cleaned the carbs great. pine sol wont harm any part of your carbs, alum. rubber. gaskets, etc.

Get some heat in there with a micro or mini torch.

Be extremely careful, the float pin towers are real easy to break.
