I know its an electronic sensor . I would think it might unplug . Its also possible that it still uses a screw to hold the wire coonector into the speed sensor . Sorry I dont have first hand knowledge on this aspect .
The sensor is held onto the hub with one screw only. If you want to unplug it too, you're in for a lot of work. The cable unplugs up behind the fairing behind the weight.
