So the deeper I tear into this shadow the more gremlins come out.

Battery is dead. Ok grab a different one to try. 12.3 volts. Hit the button and it turns over once. Slowly then clicks. Try again checking voltage and it drops to 11.6. Not a bad drop. But the lights and everything go out when it clicks. Try a couple times and the cables are hot....

Just pulled the plugs and she turned over like new. Flooded crank case? No gas in the tank....

Checked the oil. Little gassy but not terrible. And about half above the full on the “flat” spot if the stick

12.3 volts indicates the battery is in a pretty low charge state. There may not be enough umph left to get it to turn over more than once. Temperature will affect it.


Alrighty. I’ll throw it on the charger today. It’s the battery out of my camper. Prolly needs a good charge anyways

After pulling the plugs, did any of the cylinders spit any liquid when you hit the starter?
