Ok....Read the attached document.

What is the issue...??

What would you check next to resolve the issue...??

All the "Tech's" should be able to identify this issue and know what action needed to resolve the issue...!

Measure voltage at the reverse "neutral" switch when pressing start. If no voltage found there's an open diode in reverse diode pack. If voltage is present the reverse shift cables are out-of-adjustment and reverse "neutral" switch is not being actuated.

You are in the area but you did not answer "What was The Issue".........!!!!

Needed to read the PDF closer - Says it DOES start if grounding at the reverse switch, I took it to be grounding that wire at the B relay. This eliminates the diodes. So the switch is good (per PDF) but the reverse shift cables need to be adjusted so that the reverse drive goes fully into neutral and actuates the switch.
