What is the differance in stators and rectifiers between an 1986 GL1200 Interstate and the Aspencade. Ive noticed in ordering it you need to order the right one for the right bike.

:waving:Welcome and Hello . If you will post your question in the Technical Forum you will have a lot more folks to answere . Sadly I cant say whats different , but if the part# is changed there might be a larger amperage output in the Aspy model .

Stators and rectifier/regulator assy's are the same for the Interstate and Aspencade. Be careful NOT to order for the LTD/SEI. They are physically different and will not install.
