Email them as an attachment and I'll re-size them no problem. Just make sure they're not more than 3 meg in size to begin with.

There is a very nice utiity called IrFanView which is a top notch file viewer and resizer.

http://www.irfanview.com/

You can view with it and if it is too big for your screen, you just hit ENTER key and it will make the image exactly full screen size. Great for cruising thru a folder/directory full of pictures.

Left and Right arrows let you travel from image to image.

If you need to reduce the size to something that is exactly right for a bulletin board or forum, just do a Control-R or click on Image, then Resize.

There you just click on the size that you want it to be.

Can't get any easier than that. Intuitive and fast.

Be sure to save the newly resized picture though, it does not do that unless you tell it to do so. A feature I like because it won't destroy your original image file unless your purposely over write it.

Microsoft has an option for WinXP users called Image Resizer, you can download that at
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

There is a newer Image Resizer that is also free and is compatible with Vista at
http://www.imageresizer.com/
This one will handle a batch of files all at once.

There is an online freebie utility at http://www.resizr.com/
Never used this one, but it seems to be okay from reading about it.

Maybe one of these will fit you to a 'tee'.

Ok, here's the pics Stroller sent me for re-sizing of the bike. I save the originals so if yoiu want to see it in a bigger picture pm me your email. It's a zip file just over 7 megs in size so make sure you mail program or isp will allow attachements over 1 meg. Gmail handles them with no problems.
