I ordered a chrome plated oil filter bolt from J.C. Whitney for my 83 GL1100 and when it come in it was cadium plated not chrome plated. I called and they checked and found they did not have or would have a chrome oil filter bolt. They offered a refund but I just had the head plated and installed. That was months age and they still advertise it as chrome:stumped:
