HI soulville don't know if you got the old one out yet, but, I found that sears sells some really good stripped nut removal sockets. They have a reverse swirl pattern inside the socket and the socket is open on both sides so you can use a box end spanner (for all the Brits in the crowd) on it if its a deep bolt.
