I take it you wish not to bring to a dealer. You can try D+N Cycle in Meriden.The guy mainly works on Harleys but sure he will take other work. He has done tire work for me and has done a good job. Worth giving him a call, he will level with you.

welcome to the greatest goldwing forum ever. can you turn a wrench? there's many informative folks here that know alot about the 1100's that can guide you if you can turn a wrench at all.

D & N Cycle in Meriden is definitely the place to go. He's worked on my GL1100 and will be doing so again very soon. Honest and fair pricing. Maybe tell him Edgar sent you? Good Luck.
