Taking a Trip to Boston

Tomorrow, D-Rod & I are going to Boston, MA to deliver the old bike we used to ride on before we got our Goldwing.:action:
It is a 1979 400 Honda. We rode 2 up on it for a couple summers and when we got new tires (both of us being of decent size) it bottomed out and the tires scraped on the fender. Ouch! Our oldest daughter's boyfriend used it here for a while but she didn't like riding on the back of it (even though they are both super skinny) so she bought him a different bike.
Our second daughter that lives in Boston decided she wants it so we are packing it up in our trailer and towing it behind the Goldwing. We will leave tomorrow after D-Rod gets home from work, go to Albany and spend the night at my brother's house then head out Friday morning to Boston. We will spend the weekend with her and come back Sunday riding straight through to Hamburg, NY.

I think he's REAL LUCKY because he has my daughter's heart. But he's a good guy and a hard worker and treats her REAL GOOD.:)

Maybe you still can.

The bike didn't fit in the trailer like we expected. That's what happens when you offer to do something without taking into account all the particulars. :blushing:

She still has to get her permit and take a course so by that time there wouldn't be much riding time left anyway. So, we will get it to her somehow before springtime.

We are still going to visit her and see her new apartment. See ya when we get back.:waving:
