Motion Pro has the screwdriver tool to adjust the carb screws.
They also have the manometer to synch the carbs it is called a SyncPRO carb tuner

An inductive tach is the easiest, a tool supply or parts supply house maybe would have one. Also pawn shops are a good place to look for tools.

I have thesync gauges, I won't to ajust the pilot screws, i need something show the r.p.m. thanks
