This guy was stuck in a really bad traffic jam on the freeway outside of Washington D.C. and had not moved for at least half an hour , he could not see what the hold up was but finially some well dressed suit type fellows were coming down between the rows of cars knocking on the windows and talking to all the drivers.
" Well finially I can find out what is going on," he says to himself, the guy knocks on his window and explains" I'm FBI and we are escorting Bernard Madoff to federal court when the limo we were in was surrounded by terrorist, they are threatening to douse the car with gasoline and set it on fire if we do not come up with at least 1 million dollars cash like real soon! I am going car to car to take up a collection, can you help?
The driver says ' well I think I might be able to spare a gallon, will that do?
