tester instructions

I have taken a Quick scan. Does anyone know if there are instructions anywhere in this forum for somebody(LIKE ME)who knows nothing about using a multimeter and elec. tester.



i just went and bought them at habor freight saturday, can't handle dealer prices, don't have any leads on local bike electric guys/girls.
