Well, so far I have lost 57 lbs, 4 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes. :action:

For those who want to know how am I doing it:
1. Counting every calorie
2. Running 2.5 miles 6 nights a week.

Another 55 lbs and I will be at my target weight.

Battling a weight issue is a constat thing. Decipline is the key, but you have that figured out already. Good luck with the rest of it!

Good job Dude...... Have lost 35 lbs since Feb 6th 09 myself. Just cut my intake in half, and keep up my busy lifestyle/pace as usual. When I sit down to take on feed...... I think of what i used to eat and eat only half of that amount.

Hang in there.
