Well, so far I have lost 57 lbs, 4 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes. :action:
For those who want to know how am I doing it:
1. Counting every calorie
2. Running 2.5 miles 6 nights a week.
Another 55 lbs and I will be at my target weight.
