The impulse ride

Last night I was gettin ready for bed, still had on some "leisure shorts" you know the ones all baggy with elastic waistline for sitting around the house. I went out to the garage to make sure all was locked up. Then I decided to open the garage door to let in some cool evening air. Oh man it was nice out. 72 degrees and no wind. I promptly marched back into the house, got on some clothing and jumped on the wing and took off. Nothing like an impulse ride. :cool:

I just got back from a 1000 mile impulse ride myself this weekend .here to LA<Long Beach>and back. Man that LA freeway sucks .Maybe too much impulse:?. Not Very Leisurly at all on the LA freeways .Hwy 395 was nice though. JB

Did the same thing last night on a Taco Bell run. Unlike you though, I can't just 'hop on and go', the 83 has to wake up for 10 minutes first.

I gotta get out to your area next year and ride around Tahoe and neighboring areas. My wife would be ok with that since she'd be able to visit our son there in Dayton. I'd likely have to trailer my bike out or have her follow me in the car. Since I'm the main family driver, trailering might be the way it's going to go.

thank goodness you changed clothes.....i keep my riding clothes close by the cycles.....just in case.
