Nice and cool here. Last evening it was 64 degrees. Perfect. It's difficult to turn around and go back home for the night when you have the best riding weather.

64 degrees. Perfect for a GW. I used to ride down to 20 as long as there is no snow on the ground. I may do that again. I just got another GW after 7 years. We'll see how my old age takes it.

For a Gold Wing, I find 55-65F is just about ideal.

Being a snowmobilier, I have no trouble riding in very low temps, but I set my limit at around 40F in the mornings, 35F midday. The only reason I do that is the potiental for black ice on corners.

Not if you live in Wisconsin, or in my case, 1/4 mile south of it.:)



I did once contemplate putting a ski on a dirt bike but bought a snowmobile instead.
