Finished replacing the head gaskets and the first time I rode it the throttle wouldn't snap back. When I went to lube the cables I found one of them frayedat the end so I ordered in a new set. Just finished hooking them up and the throttle still doesn't snap back. Still haven't messed with the adjustment areas, bur, is there something else I should be watching for?

It may be the carb linkage sticking. Take the cables loose and try moving the linkage by hand.

Thanks Dave, when the cables were off the linkage moved freely and snaped like it should. Is that what you were referring to?
