Throttle cable replacement

Hi to everyone, new member Josh Guillory here. To start I'm replacing the throttle cables on my wing. I cant get the cables to fully rotate the linkage all the way. Please help, I've been stuck for three days, switching back and forth with the two cables, trying to get them to work. This site looks amazing I cant wait to start using it. I'm actually doing a basic rebuild, so I plan on being very active with this web page.
