throttle cable

im new to the goldwings,
i never noticed till i saw a few other gl's that allllll had two cables coming from the throttle, mine only has ONE! and i dont have the single carb set up, should i be worried?
also i am wondering where i could find the wiring diagram for this bike! (83 1100 aspencade)

the second cable is to close the throttle. not really needed, its a safety feature, but i've never heard of a throttle spring going bad. you can ride it like that till you take carbs off for some work.
