Tire question

thanks for the help with the windshield, As for as the tire if the depth is not deeper than your normal tread and its not on the side of the tire it should be fine. you prob ran over something that gouged it. but if your tire is anywhere close to needing to be replaced its always better to just get a new one.(yeah I know it can be pricey but tires are the one thing I will not try to "get that extra mile out of")

I am the same myself. This looks like I ran over something that just sliced the tire, it is a clean cut and not the tread splitting as I have seen that happen before. It is sitting almost dead center of the tire and looks to be not nearly as deep as the tread is.

I'll keep my eye on it for the next few days and make sure it doesn't grow on me, but I think it is going to be ok for now.

NP on the vent, I really enjoy mine, you can tell a huge difference when you get the winds off of a truck hitting you, it doesn't pull you around like it used to.
