If you are looking for cheap, then the H/F with the car top cargo is the way to go. I started building one when I found mine.
Just keep your tounge weight at 10 to 15 percent of the total trailer weight.
Now for the can of worms: Putting a swivel on the hitch. Most of the time you don't need it, it can allow the trailer to flip over, but if the trailer hits something to make it flip it won't pull the bike over. (I have one because I had an experience once and I now know how little force from the trailer will pull a motorcycle over)
