Ok I really did it this time. I replaced the rear lens today, on my 94' SE when I put the whole thing back together I forgot to line up the latch and the latch bar in the trunk. I closed the trunk and now I can't get the lid open. I tried for four hours to release the bar but I can't really see exactly what I'm doing in there. Is there an easier way to release the trunk lid or am I screwed. Thanks for any help in advance.

in my limited experience, I would suggest a BFH! I have always been able to get into any car, or house for that matter with one.:D

avnsteve,

You've got to be an X GI. A BFH sure sounds familar, I think I've used those a few times.

In Vietnam, when we ran out of bullets we used BFR's.

Sixt5, you are mostly correct, minus the "X' part. I have 2.5 years to make my 20 years. Most likely I'll punch out (read retire) then because, I HAVE HAD IT WITH UNCLE SUGAR'S ARMY!

I hope this doesn't sound daft, but what are BFRs?

Raymond is exactly right

BFH=BIG FRIGGIN HAMMER

BFR=BIG FRIGGIN ROCK

and so on...

the BFH is the universal repair tool!
