I plan to purchase and install the Honda trunk spoiler on my 2005 blue GL1800. Before finding this forum, I ordered my wing with the Honda trunk rack installed. I was not aware of the load limit or plastic cracking problems when I ordered it.
When I install the spoiler I would like to leave the rack if possible by using spacers to elevate it enough to clear the spoiler. If I can't re-use the rack, I need to find a good way to plug the holes that won't look too bad. Anyone have any ideas for the problem?

Hey Jomamma1 :waving:The Honda trunk lid spoiler cannot be fitted with the Honda trunk rack in place. :crying:How you plug the holes when you remove the rack should not be a huge problem :stumped:but you will need help from a person who works at this. :jumper:

If you have to plug the holes, just buy some chromed caps (the type you put on number plates to hide the screws) and bolt them on.
