The other day, after filling up my gas tank, I toed the bike into neutral and hit the starter switch. It lurched forward folded up the side stand and fell in my lap. I couldn't hold it up and it fell over at the gas pump. This is not supposed to be possible is it? I know when I put the side stand down it kills the engine when it's in gear. But maybe the starter will still work when it's in gear. The neutral light souldn't come on when it's in gear. Is there an adjustment for the neutral safety switch, and the light.
