Could be the flasher as well. If the connections are all OK, then change out the flasher. Honda wants some big $ for a new one. I used an auto flasher butcan't remember which one right now. It's been in my 83 Aspencade for almost two years now and has been working flawlessly! If you want I'll look it up later and post it. It was only a few $ at an auto parts store and easy to install.
