There are bushings in the forks that seem to get ignored when doing seals. They are probably at fault.
The anti-dive is probably a different issue. It's most likely plugged up from dirty oil. Or your springs could be shot.
I think a fork rebuild is probably needed, including cleaning the TRAC chambers. It's not that big of a job if you have the tools and a friend to help hold things.
Beware pulling the topnut from the tubes. It can fly!
