What with my horrible (sorry, insanely horrible) gas mileage, and the probable need for a full=on carb rebuild, I am thinking of skipping the step of rebuilding my 79 carbs and going straightaway to a GL1100 set. What are your experiences in doing so? Thanks for any advice you can pass on.The other thing is that I could spring for the $25US or so air cut valve rebuild and see where that gets me.
