My wife and I will be touring the southern States this winter (Louisiana to North Carolina including Florida) and I was wondering if anyone knew of some "don't miss" things to do. We are interested in the history of the South. Is there a particular site for bikers that one could visit to attain this information.
Cheers, Briano

Take the Cape Canaveral tour.
Maybe visit Disney World and/or Universal Orlando Resort. You may know that as Universal Studios Resort.
Bring home a handful of Daytona Beach.

I have always liked the Boone/Blowing Rock NC area. Not far from Maggie Valley and a nice area. Like to eat at the Daniel Boone Inn. Grandfather Mountain is close by as is the Blueridge Parkway. Asheville is close with the Biltmore if you are into that. Crowded but impressive. Lots of nice areas in that vicinity. Have a great and safe trip.
