Vacuum Line Configuration

Pulled and cleaned my carbs. The slow jets on #1 & #4 were pretty well clogged so I cleaned them out really well. My problem is figuring out the vacuum line configuration. Here are two links:

shows that the vacuum line that goes to the CDI, or the "Tee" to the left of the airbox, is connected to the #4 downspout.

shows that the vacuum line from the air cutoff valve is connected to the #4 downspout.

Which of these configurations is correct for an '84 Aspencade?

And, if the first photo shows the correct configuration, where does the vacuum line from the center of the air cutoff valve connect?

And these are not my carbs I could never get mine that clean.
