Neat, but only tests volts and amps, NOT ohms (or conductivity). And can only be used in a fuse box for ATC fuses.

i got a fancy snazzy dmm at work i paid through the nose for it it has adapters for things like listed above

Its similar to a Fuse Buddy and great for checking the draw when using Gerbings and such. When I put in my auxiliary fuse box I used it for checking the draw on the Gerbings and auxiliary lights. Fuse Buddy has them in mini fuses and standard auto fuses.

For 10 bucks you can't go wrong. It is simple and foolproof. Many guys aren't comfortable or knowledgeable about electrics and this thing is easy to use. If you are skilled with auto electrics and can afford the more expensive and complex test gear, then go for it. But this thing fills a niche quite nicely.
