I know this is a stab in the dark but does anyone have any 9mm 147gr. JHP ammo they would be willing to part with? No? I thought not. This is really rediculous when even the mfgrs don't have any stock on hand. All shelves are totally empty everywhere. Only ammo available here are shotgum shells. What's a guy supposed to do? I'm down to my last 30 rounds. Boo Hoo! Poor me!

I could bring you some reloads but all I have are 124 gr lead bullets. Well at least I have some bullets ordered that should be here someday.

back a few weeks ago while visiting my son in Dayton, OH where he is TDY on a job, we visited Cabala's and 9mm was just plain gone....

so, I looked around, and ordered up 1,400 rounds, from two different places.
the small box of 400 rds showed up in about a week.

the 1,000 rds took about 6 weeks.

so far, the prices noted in AmmoSeek are very close to what that Vendor is selling their product for.... AmmoSeek updates daily from what I am told.

In fact, when I was looking for a 1,000 rounds of 9mm a few months back, it found some at two different places, then discovered that one of the stores requires you to pick it up in their Brick & Motar store in Kentucky...

well, I am in Oklahoma, so I went back to the other vendor, and refreshed AmmoSeek and the other store was sold out. that took maybe 15 minutes?

So, I kept refreshing that page and finally found a store with a 1,000 rounds box and had it sent to my home.

I don't reload, so I buy the steel case ammo, it just dumps on the ground and I leave it there.

I keep 5,000 rounds of my primary calibers "in stock" and rotate as quickly as I can. But sometimes there just aren't enough squirrels around to cycle through the .45 ACP fast enough.

As far as 9mm, I believe I'm just gonna wait until after the first of the year to even look for any.. Yeah I Could reload some but primers are an issue also right now......
