hi,
i have a water leak on my 1100 at the weephole and assume it`s the water pump or a seal.
i also have a little water leak into the left head .
could this be 2 seperate problems or a bad head gasket and a bad water pump?

Yep, Yep, and Yep

Weep hole, bad o ring or pump, head..gasket or cracked head.. not connected at all.

well a new water pump took care of my problem,and the leak underneath the left head turned out to be a bad gasket and o-ring on the water pipe on top of the head.i replaced the gasket on the neck and both o-rings on the pipe.
the leak was very small but was seeping enough to run down along the head gasket and onto the exhaust bolts,so that i thought at first inspection the leak was internal.
