hey guys! just wondering how to easily and cheaply waterproof one of my saddlebags and my trunk. i have used silicone paste (not the stuff that dries and gets rubbery, the stuff that smears on and stays "wet"?? i dont dont remember the name off hand) it works pretty good for a quick "rainshower" but after opening and closing the bags a few times its all over my arms, gloves and jacket, plus the fiance doesnt like getting that "stuff on her." none of the rubber is cracked i think it just looks like it has shrunk a littlebit. but if anybody has any ideas it would be much appreciated...thanks guys...
