Hey Silverfox. I owned a Triumph once with the shifter on the right and brake on the left. (It was a godsend when I broke my left ankle. I could still ride with my walking cast). I was just wondering, is it a pain to wave with your right hand while riding? I know that you fellas in the UK ride on the wrong side of the road.

Well, it can be quite dangerous, if you are prone to long waving and then not putting your feet down , then you simply, fall off!! a particularly dangerous time would be whilst passing a gaggle of Wing riders. :waving::waving::waving::waving::waving::goofygrin:

I'm a fairly new member who started a thread asking for advice as I consider buying a Wing. This is my first endevour outside of that thread, so in a sense I'm a virgin.

You guys crack meup. This thread and the deer thread are priceless. I'm glad to pop my cherry over here. Wish I had an emoticon for that. :cheeky1::grinner::jumper::clapper:

Wouldn't sell many of those over here, nowadays, and I would be of an age to be questioned, if I put one on my bike!!

Don't start another "alert" thread. 1 thread with 71 pages is enough.

I wave to trike owners, I draw the line at Reliant Robins though!! Used to have one of those and they all waved at each other too.

Sold my 1100 to a guy in Milton Keynes, so if you see a gray one around, give him a wave. Actually you will be looking for a black one, I think he was painting it last I spoke to him.

I finally got a wave from an old boy on a HD that has ignored my waves daily over the last week or two. My perseverance paid off.

guy in wolverton has a black one the only one ive seen around here, i think a lot of bike riders look on trikes as not one nor the other so they just dont bother wich is cruel cos we like to wave to, and with a trike you can wave as much as you like cos they stay up on there own.i find geezers in white vans wave andshout, had two guys follow me for about four miles just to have a look at it ....well i shall keep waving and maybe get a responce one day
