Anyone have the trunk or saddlebags they'd like to get rid of or know where I can find them? All I really need is the trunk. Mine has badly cracked around the mount holder assembly, below the handle. I have an '84 but at least '82-'84 should be the same, maybe more. These are the ones that look like a small suitcase with carrying handle.

The 1200 trunks were different slightly than the 1100 trunks. Although the 1100 Hondaline trunks were detachable, they mount differently than the 1200 trunks, and the 1200 trunks were larger and more square. The Hondaline trunks and bags came out on the 1980 model GL1100I.

I believe Captkirk is talking about the "suitcase type" bags rather than the "standard Hondaline bags and trunk" that came on the 1980 Interstates.

They are completely different.

Are these the type of suitcase-type bag we're talking about? If so, I don't think they were ever issued as standard equipment. They were add-ons put on by dealers onto Standard models.
