Well i have been looking around for this tire. Seems omly one company sell it which is OK but 47.00 shipping ouch. Can these be gottin locally.....JD

Just checked universaltire and they are quoting $32.98 to Banning. A little better.

universal tire is the only place I know of that sells the Austone, I have checked around allot!

Universal is fine, that's where I got mine and plenty happy with them and service.
I just don't l.ike being locked into only one dealer for anything though.

I got mine from Universal tire- no complaints at all.
Look at it as cost per mile - over its life (approx double a MC tire) it is still far less expensive even with the slightly higher shipping than a MC tire.
Though I would stay with my Austone even if it cost a bit more than a MC tire.
