Where to buy tires in BC, Canada

I buy most of my parts, especially tires, in the US. Port Moody is close enough to the border that you should be able to find a parcel service just over the border you could ship them to and then jump over and pick them up. No duty on US made tires. Just pay the tax. It's way cheaper and a lot faster. Picked up 3 Dunlop E3s (2 rears, 1 front) at Southwest Moto in Feb for 60% off. Got all 3 for the price of 1 rear tire in Canada.

Ask around. Someone will know about a parcel service just over the border. We have 3 just over the border on North Dakota. Charge $3-5 per order.

I did the same thing when I lived in Penticton. Ordered from the US off the net and had them shipped(usually free shipping on > $199) to my US shipping addy in Oroville, WA.

When anything I ordered arrived, they would call to say a package arrived from So and So. Then I'd go down and pay them their $4 fee and head back home, sometimes not having to pay the taxes at the border, depending on the mood of the border agent.

There should be a UPS Store in Blaine that does the same for ~ $5. Do a Googlesearch, as the savingswill well be worth the time/effort. :clapper:
