I replaced my 1500's with a Slipstreamer that I got from CycleMax. It was pretty reasonable from what I remember, and was a darn good windshield.:)

You might try Tulsa Enterprises or now:

I really like my Cee Bailey. It's thicker than stock and very ridgid. No distortion even with polarized sunglasses you don't see stress color bands.

I've done well with my show chrome windshield. Reasonable in price, taller than stock and very efficient at blocking the wind.

That's the ticket for me. They even have the vent in the 1100's available. Nobody else does a vented windshield for the 1100's.

Try GM Cycles on E-Bay. That's where I bought my "solar tinted" windshield w/ vent for $134. Good service & fast FREE shipping.....-Rich

P.S. The $134 price is for a 2 inch shorter than stock w/s. I wanted this so I could look over the top & not thru. They do stock oversized w/s's too.

I also bought a slipstreamer and from www.cyclemaxohio.com, the clear tall sheildwith vent was 147 bucks.

I love mine:clapper::clapper::clapper::clapper:

I replaced the windshield on my 1980 GL1100 last year with one from Cee Bailey, with a vent. Reasonably priced and a very good windshield. Only caution is that the Cee Bailey is about 50% thicker than the stock windshield, which necessitated finding slightly longer bolts to hold it in, and a very slight gap between the front piece and the fairing. But those are just quibbles. Can highly recommend the Cee Bailey.
